Your choice of having the pig roasted on site or brought to your event site. (takes over 14 hours to cook a pig on site)
You can have a variety of meats (pork, beef, chicken, burgers,and side dishes (potatoe salad, pastas, cole slaw), beverages and deserts at your event to satisfy everyone. You get to keep all leftovers.
Complete service available with servers or we can just set it all up on a buffet table.
